Monthly GOP Meetings
At all meeting expect to meet and hear from candidates for County, State and Statewide offices

October 27th, Monday - 6:30 PM
North Jackson County at the Sylva Headquarters Office at 56 Sunrise Park (strip center on Hwy 107 opposite Bogarts)

October 28th - 6:30 PM
South Jackson County at the Cashiers Headquarters Office in Laurel Terrace on Hwy 64 East


For campaign and candidate information visit the the headquarters offices at Laurel Terrace in Cashiers from 11 AM to 2 PM, Monday thru Friday and the Sylva office at 58 Sunrise Park. More help is needed to man the Sylva office. Please call Rick Murrin at 828 421-4945 or Ralph Slaughter at 828 743-6491 to help keep this office open.

About the Jackson County GOP

The Jackson County Republican Club, formed for the purpose of uniting and coordinating the principles of the Party,
actively organizes Republican activities in Jackson County .  The Club’s mission is to communicate a conservative
message and Republican ideology throughout the community and to support and assure the election of local, district,
state and national Republican candidates.

The Executive Committee consists of the officers and two members at large. Precinct Captains also assume positions
of leadership especially during election cycles. Jackson County precincts are: Barker’s Creek, Canada, Caney Fork,
Cashiers, Cullowhee, Dillsboro, Greens Creek, Hamburg, Qualla, River, Savannah, Scotts Creek
1,2, 3, Sylva North, Sylva South and Webster.

Election Cycle
During an election cycle the Organization assumes all duties required to get out the vote and carry candidate messages
to voters. Election activities include: organizing candidate forums and rallies, assembling and displaying signage,
distributing candidate election materials, conducting phone banks and email messaging, staffing polls, and delivering
Republican turnout on Election Day.
